Yes, today there are many people who are obsessed with the sex offender registry. So obsessively obsessed that they feel the need to create and maintain blogs as if the government was unable to do their job without these disturbed individuals help.

This same attitude prevailed among many in Germany. It was so strong that when the Nazi Party turned on the Jews, the people of Germany had been conditioned to follow blindly, and so they did. History shows that very few ‘free thinkers’ rejected the direction that the Nazi Party was taking. Like programmed robots they followed Hitler and thus carried a heavy burden of blood-guilt over the slaughter of millions.

Could this happen in the U.S.? Most people you ask will say ‘NO!’ However these are likely the same people who said that the registry would not expanded, would not be abused, would not affect where a person lives, works or travels.
